Jay Stephenson

Jay has been involved in business development for over 25 years including approximately 21 years as Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for various listed and unlisted entities in resources, manufacturing, wine, hotels and property. He has been involved in business acquisitions, mergers, initial public offerings, capital raisings, business restructuring as well managing all areas of finance for companies.

Jay provides services in IPO management, company administration and corporate governance. On most engagements, Jay takes on the appointment of a statutory office holder, either as a Director, Company Secretary or Chief Financial Officer.

Jay holds a Master of Business Administration, is a Fellow of the Certified Practising Accountants (Australia), a Certified Management Accountant (Canada), a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Brett Fraser

Brett has worked in the finance and securities industry for over 25 years. For many years he was an analyst working in merchant banking with concentration on mining, designing financial models for equity raising or corporate transactions.

Brett holds a Bachelor of Business (WACAE, Perth, WA), is a Fellow of the Certified Practising Accountants, Australia and is a Fellow of the Securities Institute of Australia – Finance.

Brett is a former owner and Director of media group Redwave Media Limited and has owned and operated businesses across multiple sectors including wine, health, finance, media and mining.

Julia Beckett

Julia is a Corporate Governance professional, having worked in corporate administration and compliance for the past seven years. Julia specialises in company secretarial services including ASX Listing Rules, Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Corporate Governance policies, and managing Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting.

Julia has been involved in initial public offerings and reverse listings, business acquisitions, mergers, capital raisings as well as statutory and financial reporting.

Julia holds a Certificate in Governance Practice and Administration and is a Certificated Member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Richard Joughin

Prior to joining Sirius, Richard was an audit Director with over eleven years’ experience in Audit and Corporate Services together with experience in the business advisory services at Bentleys (Perth).

At Bentleys, Richard provided significant audit and corporate services to a vast array of listed companies, large and small proprietary companies, charitable and sporting organisations, schools, and managed investment schemes. Richard has also provided organisations professional advice in respect to assurance and financial reporting matters.

Richard is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and a former Registered Company Auditor, specialising in financial reporting and disclosure; audit and assurance; corporate advisory and independent expert reports; prospectuses and independent accountant reports; business and financial services.

Steve Apedaile

Steve has worked in the accounting profession for nearly 30 years, 25 of which were spent in Hong Kong with the first 7 years with KPMG HK and then 18 years with Horwath HK. Steve has experience in all facets of international business, corporate finance and forensic accounting services.

Steve is a founding director and major investor in Sprintex Limited, a ASX listed company which designs and manufactures  superchargers and supercharger systems.

Steve is an Associate member of the UK Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
